Donations

• General Policy
  
  • Donations made through PenFi are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation transaction is completed and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
• Cancellation of Donations
  
  • Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the instant processing of donations on the blockchain, it is generally not possible to cancel a donation once it has been initiated and confirmed.
• Exceptions
  
  • In rare cases where a technical issue or error occurs during the donation process, resulting in a significant discrepancy between the intended donation amount and the actual amount processed, PenFi may consider refunding the excess amount upon verification of the issue. Such requests must be submitted promptly and include sufficient evidence of the discrepancy.
• Disputes
  
  • If you believe there has been an error in processing your donation, please contact PenFi support immediately at info@PenFi.io
  • We will investigate the issue and work to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Platform Fees

PenFi does not charge fees for processing donations. However, users are responsible for any third-party fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions, such as network fees.
